Interactive Internet-based power system simulation application (ePSS)

This project aims to develop an internet based power-flow application that can be accessed from the university website at any time. The internet based power-flow analysis application forms the basis for a comprehensive development that can be extended for many other power system studies. In addition, the development can also be extended for industry applications in the grid operation. The Egyptian universities as well as local electric utilities can benefit form the project. This project is basically a software development which benefits from the information and communication technology (ICT) revolution. The outcome of this action is to enhance education as well as to develop new tools for power system planning and operation.
